We offer free shipping on orders above Tk. 2000. For orders below Tk. 2000, a flat shipping fee of Tk. 60 applies for Dhaka and Tk. 120 for outside Dhaka.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for Dhaka and 3-5 business days for locations outside Dhaka.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Some items like personalized products are non-returnable.
